We are open. A Note to our Patients during COVID-19 on how we will conduct business.

To Our Valued Patients:

Thank you for your understanding and patience during our closure.  Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and we are looking forward to resuming a sense of normalcy.  While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same:  our commitment to your safety!  Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice.  We can assure you that we have made changes and updates to ensure the best treatment for our patients and the utmost care to keep our patients and staff safe.

Our office follows all infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).  We do this to make sure that all infection control procedures are current.

There are some new guidelines we have put into place for office appointments/surgeries:

  • When we schedule your appointment, our office staff will review some general screening questions.  You’ll be asked those same questions on a screening form again when you are in the office.
  • We have hand sanitizer that you will be asked to use when you enter the office, and each patient will be given gloves and a mask if deemed necessary.
  • We will no longer be allowing patients (or drivers) to sit in the reception area.  We are requesting that all patients (& drivers) stay in their car.    Call us once you have arrived and we will come out to your car to greet you and check you in.
  • We will be checking temperatures of patients, and anyone that enters the building.  If the patient is elderly or underaged, we are requesting that the person accompanying also agree to temperature check, and to wearing the gloves and mask.
  • We are utilizing tele-consults for added safety for you and your family.  On site appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.  We regret that might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.

We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, every patient, and staff safe in our practice.

Thank you so much for your patience during this ordeal.  We look forward to serving you with the best Oral and Maxillofacial care.   We value your trust and loyalty.

Kind regards,
